NkanFEP＋SKK辞書の組み合わせ方、以下の方法でかなり改善されたので備忘録として記しておきます。

インストール先
E：メモリでOK

SKK辞書のリネーム方法
以下エディタは「秀丸」を使用
SKK-JISYOはデフォルトでは
エンコード「日本語EUC」
改行は「CR+LF」
で表記されるていますが、正確には改行「UNIX（LF）」のようです。
別名で保存を選択し
エンコード「Unicode（UTF16）」
改行「LF」
ファイル種類なし、BOM付けるにして
名前「NKanFEP.dic」にて保存。これを
E:\system\dic\以下にコピー
携帯を再起動
これでOKです。

変換方法ですが、キー操作が間違っていました。
変換後、確定は十字キーの右をクリックです。
これで不具合がなくなりました。

PS　Sekiguchiさん上記の方法で試してみてください。

今回、辞書サイズはMLを試してみました。Lサイズの検証についてはまた後日報告します。
